You LIKE!!?

This month I’m focusing on “LIKE”. Yeah, I know LIKE is a homophone, but lets focus on LIKE, or thumbs up for example. 🙂

As you know, everyone is going “LIKE” crazy on social media these days, but let me tell you what my clients and I really LIKE.

Many of you who’re reading this would agree that you really LIKE coming to photo shoots. Right?

So here comes my awesome client Elizabeth, who’s an amazing Writer, Editor, Producer and children’s book Author, who’s also a huge fan of my photo of the month email blasts.

Recently while working together capturing images to promote her new series of children’s books, the idea suddenly came to me as I watched her make adjustments on set through my viewfinder. Suddenly I exclaimed, “This is AWESOME!! I LIKE this!” Then I asked her if it would be possible for me to use a photo of us working together on the project. “I would LIKE that!” she exclaimed, but under one condition. “What is that?” I replied. My photo must be AWESOME, and I must LIKE it before that can ever happen, she replied with a smile.

Well, as you can see, I’m using her photo, so needless to say she really LIKEd it. : )

You see, my clients are very particular about their photos. Whether capturing product or personal images for them, they have come to expect great quality when they enter my studio, and they’re not leaving until they’re absolutely satisfied, and I LIKE that very much.
